Możliwości zagospodarowania serwatki odpadowej w zakładach przetwórstwa mleka
PublicationBadano możliwosci usuwania i odzyskiwania białek z serwatki odpadowej metodą separacji pianowej. Proces prowadzono we współpradowej kolumnie barbotażowej. Przedstawiono wpływ parametrów procesowych na efektywność usuwania białka z roztworu. Ustalono, że im Ph roztworu modelowego jest bliższe naturalnemu PH serwatki, tym wyższa wartość współczynnika wyflotowania.

PublicationZbadano wpływ pH, stężenia kolektora oraz prędkości przepływu powietrza na przebieg flotacji jonowej i precypitacyjnej Al(III). Stwierdzono, że pH surówki ma istotny wpływ na szybkość flotacji. Dla tych samych stężeń kolektora i prędkości przepływu powietrza, stałe szybkości flotacji przyjmują wyższe wartości w warunkach flotacji precypitacyjnej niż jonowej.
