PublicationPrzeprowadzono obliczenia numeryczne energii powierzchni heterogranicy GaAs-Si z zastosowaniem półempirycznego modelu czteroparametrycznego Acklanda. Pokazano zależność energii heterogranicy od orientacji podłoża Si.
