PublicationW artykule przedstawiono wyniki analizy zróżnicowania płac kobiet i mężczyzn zatrudnionych na stanowiskach naukowo-dydaktycznych w publicznych szkołach wyższych. W analizie wykorzystano dane uzyskane z ogólnopolskiej ankiety. Rezultaty badań potwierdzają, że kobiety zarabiają średnio mniej niż mężczyźni, jest to jednak wynikiem różnic w zajmowanych stanowiskach, a nie konsekwencją dyskryminacji płacowej.
