Bisphenol A analogues and metabolic syndrome in women with polycystic ovary syndrome
PublikacjaBisphenols (BPs) have become a chemical group of special interest due to their ability to interfere with the endocrine system and their ubiquitous presence in the environment. As some of them possess mild estrogenic and anti-androgenic effects, they might be associated with the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Acting on multiple tissues, BPs exposure may lead to metabolic derangements characteristic for metabolic...

On new concepts in computer control of auxiliary gas chromatographic equipment = Nowe koncepcje dotyczące komputerowego sterowania wyposażeniem pomocniczym w chromatografii gazowej
PublikacjaChromatografia gazowa była pierwszą techniką analityczną poddaną kontroli komputera, jeszcze przed pojawieniem się komputerów osobistych. W związku z niewystarczającą granicą oznaczalności i rozdzielczością, nawet najbardziej najlepszych systemów, technika ta często wiązana jest z etapem wstępnego przygotowania próbki (izolacji i wzbogacania analitów), realizowanych w odrębnych urządzeniach pomocniczych. Bywają one dość złożone...

Optimisation of pressurised liquid extraction for elimination of sulphur interferences during determination of organotin compounds in sulphur-rich sediments by gas chromatography with flame photometric detection
