Interactions of fish gelatin and chitosan in uncrosslinked and crosslinked with EDC films: FT-IR study
Films based on fish gelatin, chitosan and blend of fish gelatin and chitosan before and after cross-linking with EDC have been characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy.
