  • Model and laboratory simulation of a induction motor for diagnostic purposes
    Publikacja

Statistics say that bearings are this part of induction motors which is most susceptible to damage. The equipment employed for bearing diagnostics usually makes use of vibrations as the criterion for technical condition of the bearings. A faulty bearing results in additional motor vibrations. They are reflected in the harmonic content of stator currents. In certain operating conditions the current signal is the sole source of information...

  • Current measurement and analysis for induction motor diagnostics

Przedstawiono sposób diagnozowania łożysk tocznych w silnikach indukcyjnych z wykorzystaniem pomiarów i analizy prądu zasilającego silnik. Zaprezentowano metodę pomiarową i opracowania danych diagnostycznych. Uzyskano zgodność częstotliwości składowych widma prądu otrzymanych z badań teoretycznych i eksperymentalnych.Podano wyniki badań łożysk o róznych uszkodzeniach i prawdopodobieństwa poprawnych diagnoz.

  • Pomiary w diagnostyce łożysk silników indukcyjnych
    Publikacja

    - Rok 2010

Przedstawiono wyniki badań, świadczące o przydatności pomiarów wielkości elektrycznych w silniku do diagnostyki łożysk.

  • Diagnostics of induction motor bearings - possibility of measurements
    Publikacja

    - Rok 2011

In induction motors damage in the elements of electromagnetic system, for example in the wiring of stator, rotor or in the magnetic circuit can appear as well as damage of mechanical parts (bearings, rotor, shaft). Bearing diagnostics is so important in supervision of motor condition, because extensive research shows that the bearings arethe elements most susceptible to damage. This paper presents the research which the author...

  • Motor bearing diagnostics performed by means of laser vibrometer
    Publikacja

Damage of bearings is the most common cause of failures in squirrel-cage induction motors. That is why the issues connected with diagnostics of bearings are so important. The equipment employed for bearing diagnostics usually makes use of vibrations as the criterion for technical condition of the bearings. This paper presents exemplary results of the research conducted on bearings with artificially introduced damage. A scanning...

  • Nowe rozwiązanie przetwornika prądu w diagnostyce prądowej silników idukcyjnych

Wadą praktycznie wszystkich opublikowanych systemów do diagnostyki łożysk metodą pomiaru prądu zasilającego w silniku indukcyjnym jest niska jakość układów do pomiaru prądu.

  • Induction Motor Bearings Diagnostic Using MCSA and Normalized Tripple Covariance
    Publikacja

    - Rok 2015

Diagnosis of induction motors, conducted remotely by measuring and analyzing the supply current is attractive with the lack of access to the engine. So far there is no solution, based on analysis of current, the credibility of which allow use in industry. Statistics of IM bearing failures of induction motors indicate, that they constitute more than 40% of IM damage, therefore bearing diagnosis is so important. The article provides...
