Obtaining of coumarone-indene resins based on light fraction of coal tar 2. Coumarone-indene resins with epoxy groupsPublikacja
Coumarone-indene resins (CIR) with carboxy groups were synthesized via cooligomerization of unsaturated compounds presented in light fraction of coal tar and its fraction boiling out within 423–463 K with the addition of such industrial monomers as styrene, maleic anhydride, glycidyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid. 2,2`-Azobis(2-methylpropionitrile) in the form of 0.2 M solution in toluene was used as an initiator. The effect...
OBTAINING OF COUMARONE-INDENE RESINS BASED ON LIGHT FRACTION OF COAL TAR 3. COUMARONE-INDENE RESINS WITH METHACRYLIC FRAGMENTSPublikacja
The method for obtaining coumarone-indene resins with methacrylic fragments (CIRM) was developed with the addition of methyl ethacrylate, using a light fraction of coal tar and its fraction boiling within 423–463 К. CIRM was obtained via radical cooligomerization using 2,2'-azobis (2-methyl-propionitrile) as the initiator. The effect of the initiator amount, temperature and reaction time on the yield, softening temperature and...
Carboxy derivative of dioxydiphenylpropane diglycydyl ether monomethacrylate as an addtive for compositesPublikacja
The modifier of composites was used in the presence of polyetylene polyamine. Physico-mechanical properties and chemical stability of coatings thus obtained were analyzed.

Diversity of the polyurethane (PU) foams applications cause that investigation of the relationships between their structure and properties is currently very popular topic among the many research institutions and companies. At the turn of the last years many scientific papers about PU foams and their composites were published. The one of the main research trends in this field is related to the reduction of production costs of...
The introduction of the paper was devoted to the main items of tissue engineering (TE) and the way of porous structure obtaining as scaffolds. Furthermore, the significant role of the scaffold design in TE was described. It was shown, that properly designed polyurethanes (PURs) find application in TE due to the proper physicochemical, mechanical and biological properties. Then the use of L-ascorbic acid (L-AA) in PUR systems for...
Microwave assisted liquefaction with crude glycerol as a potential method of brewer's spent grain utylizationPublikacja
Brewer's spent grain was applied as a low-cost industrial type of lignocellulose biomass in a liquefaction and solvent: biomass ratio on the efficiency of the process, chemical structure and basic properties of obtained prepared polyols and soil residues shed light on the biomass degradation mechanism through application of microwaves and further reaction of degradation products with solvent particles.
Developing new, eco-friendly solvents which would meet technological and economic demands is perhaps the most popular aspects of Green Chemistry. Natural deep eutectic solvents (NADES) fully meet green chemistry principles. These solvents offer many advantages including biodegradability, low toxicity, sustainability, low costs and simple preparation. This paper provides an overview of knowledge regarding NADES with special emphasis...
RP-HPLC WITH DETECTION BY MEANS OF ESI-MS AND UV FOR IDENTIFICATION OF CHROMATOGRAPHIC PEAKS OF SOME HYDROXY DERIVATIVES OF EPOXY RESINPublikacja
The composition of products synthesized on the basis of ED-24 epoxy resin has been studied using a reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography followed by an electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (RP-HPLC/ESI-MS). The synthesized products contain free hydroxy groups and such groups, as epoxy, peroxy, carboxy or acrylate.
Methods of oligomers (polymers) with hydroxy end-groups obtaining are examined. The synthesis of hydroxy-containing oligomers based on epoxy resins is of special attention. The molecules of mentioned oligomers apart from free primary and secondary hydroxy groups contain epoxy, peroxy, carboxy or acrylic groups.
Synthesis and application of oligomer with hydroxy groups based on peroxy derivative of ED-24 epoxy resin and POLYTHF-2000 oligoetherPublikacja
New oligomer with peroxy, primary and secondary hydroxy groups has been synthesized on the basis of peroxy derivative of ED-24 epoxy resin (PO) and PolyTHF-2000 oligoether according to the developed procedure. The effect of the catalysts nature and amount, temperature and process time on the reaction rate has been studied. Benzyltriethylammonium chloride, potassium hydroxide,1,4-diazobicyclooctane and the mixture composed of benzyltriethylammonium...
Waste rubber is recognized as valuable materials resource and searching for new recycling methods is the main activity of many research institutions and companies. At the turn of the last years only few scientific papers about foamed polymer compositions filled with ground tire rubber were published. In paper review about progress in compatibilization and foaming of polymeric compositions filled with ground tire rubber.
