Abstrakt
The article presents a proposal for the maturity indicator of Lean Six Sigma projects within the framework of the original comprehensive methodology of Lean Six Sigma implementation dedicated to the SME sector. The indicator allows an LSS project to be matched to the real needs and preparedness of any small or medium-sized organization. The indicator was designed as a result of pilot research conducted in Polish and French SMEs referring to the context of the implementation and application of Lean Six Sigma. The studies led to the identification of the needs, expectations, concerns and experience of these companies.
