PublikacjaBadano wpływ zewnętrznego pola elektrycznego na prawdopodobieństwo rekombinacji nośników ładunku w molekularnych ciałach stałych. Przybliżenie analityczne wykazuje, że prawdopodobieństwo to maleje ze wzrostem pola elektrycznego. Otrzymane wyniki mogą być pomocne w wyjaśnieniu spadku wydajności elektroluminescencji w jednowarstwowych diodach elektroluminescencyjnych w zakresie wysokich pól elektrycznych.
