Wyjaśniono pojęcie egzergii oraz konsekwencje nieodwracalności procesów termodynamicznych. Przytoczono wybrane przykłady układów pomp ciepła wraz z obliczeniami strat egzergetycznych generowanych w trakcie ich pracy.
