Description

This is the histopathological image of LIVER AND INTRAHEPATIC BILE DUCTS tissue sample obtained in Medical University Gdańsk and deposited in ZMDL-GUMED. The sample image was taken using: VS200 Olympus slide scanner (20x magnification) and saved to DICOM format.

Result of the histopathological examination: Passive congestion of the parenchyma with focal cholestasis; there are also sparse lymphoplasmocytic infiltrates in the portal spaces. Adenocarcinoma implants are present on the surface of the serosa. p16 (+)
