Description

This is the histopathological image of LYMPH NODES tissue sample obtained in Medical University Gdańsk and deposited in ZMDL-GUMED. The sample image was taken using: Pannoramic 250 3DHistech slide scanner (20x magnification) and saved to DICOM format.

Clinical description: Enlarged abdominal and thoracic lymph nodes. Splenomegaly. Suspicion of lymphoma.

Diagnosis: Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma

Result of the histopathological examination: Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma: CD3+, CD4+, CD5+, CD10 +/-, BLC6+, PD1+, CD25+/-, CD30+ (w 25% cells of lymphoma), CD7-, CD8-, Tdt-, ALK1-, CD21- (+ w FDC), CD20-, Cyklina D1-, EBVLMP1- (+ in singular scattered cells), Ki-67 80%.
