Description

This is the histopathological image of ACCESSORY SINUSES tissue sample obtained in Medical University Gdańsk and deposited in ZMDL-GUMED. The sample image was taken using: Pannoramic 250 3DHistech slide scanner (20x magnification) and saved to DICOM format.

Clinical description: Tumor of anterior wall of frontal sinuses. Fragment of whiteish tissue measuring 1.4x0.8x0.6 cm.

Diagnosis: B-cell lymphoma, NOS

Result of the histopathological examination: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL, GCB). IHC: CD45(+), CD20(+), Bcl6(+), Bcl2(+), (CD3-), CD10(-), c-myc(-), MUM1(-), CD5(-), CD138(-), VS38c(-), EBV-LMP1(-), DBA44(-), Annexin-A1(-), cyclin D1(+). Ki-67 70%.
