Description

This is the histopathological image of BREAST tissue sample obtained in Medical University Gdańsk and deposited in ZMDL-GUMED. The sample image was taken using: Pannoramic 250 3DHistech slide scanner (20x magnification) and saved to DICOM format.

Result of the histopathological examination: The samples from the breast gland reveal highly differentiated tubulo-lobular breast carcinoma (TLC, G1). Nottingham scale: 2 points - tubule formation, 1 point - nuclear pleomorphism, 1 point - mitotic activity. All resection margins are tumor free. The narrowest margin 0.1 cm. Ki 67 - ca 1%.
