Description

This is the histopathological image of LYMPH NODES tissue sample obtained in Medical University Gdańsk and deposited in ZMDL-GUMED. The sample image was taken using: Pannoramic 250 3DHistech slide scanner (20x magnification) and saved to DICOM format.

Result of the histopathological examination: Hodgkin lymphoma, nodular lymphocyte predominant. LP cells: CD20+, Pax 5 +, OCT2+, BOB1 weak +, Bcl6+, Cyclin D1+, Ki-67 +, CD3-, CD10-, CD23-, CD30-, MUM1-, EMA-, EBVLMP1-, PD1-, CKAE1/AE3-. T cell rosettes surrounding LP cells: CD3+, PD1+.
