Description

This is the histopathological image of PROSTATE GLAND tissue sample obtained in Medical University Gdańsk and deposited in ZMDL-GUMED. The sample image was taken using: Pannoramic 250 3DHistech slide scanner (20x magnification) and saved to DICOM format.

Clinical description: Malignant tumour of the prostate with rectal invasion in DRE. PSA 60. Right lobe biopsy. IHC

Result of the histopathological examination: In all biopsies prostate adenocarcinoma (adenocarcinoma acinare, Gleason score 5 + 5 Grade group 4 according to ISUP & WHO 2014) was found. GATA-3 staining negative (-).
