Description

This is the histopathological image of LIVER AND INTRAHEPATIC BILE DUCTS tissue sample obtained in Medical University Gdańsk and deposited in ZMDL-GUMED. The sample image was taken using: Pannoramic 250 3DHistech slide scanner (20x magnification) and saved to DICOM format.

Result of the histopathological examination: Rhabdoid tumor of the liver. IHC: INI1 - negative, desmin (-), MyoD1 (-), Glutathione synt. focal +, GPC3 focal +, CKAE 1/3+, CK19+, SMA+, CD34 focal+, Hepar (-), B-catenin membrane and cytoplasmic reaction in some cells. The tumor focally infiltrates the liver capsule.
