Description

This is the histopathological image of TONSIL tissue sample obtained in Medical University Gdańsk and deposited in ZMDL-GUMED. The sample image was taken using: Pannoramic 250 3DHistech slide scanner (20x magnification) and saved to DICOM format.

Clinical description: Enlarged cervical lymph nodes. CT: three irregular areas on the left side of neck: 36 x 35 x 23 mm, 24 x 18 x 14 mm, 18 x 11 x 13 mm. 32 x 30 x 26 mm submandibular tumor and atypical enlarged cervical lymph nodes on ultrasound.
