Quality measure of VoIP services in carrier grade systems

This paper describes passive measurement method of VoIP services quality in carrier grade systems, engaging slight system resources. Measurement is based on analyzing quality information in sender and receiver reports in RTCP packets sent by the end points of RTP session.
