Biography
Anna Sobieraj-Żłobińska (born in 1977 in Przasnysz) graduated from the National Education Commission High School in Przasnysz. From 1996 she continued her studies at the Faculty of Geodesy and Spatial Management at the University of Agriculture and Technology Michał Oczapowski in Olsztyn. In 2001, she obtained a master's degree in engineering at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn (thesis topic "Determining a multiple regression model for real estate valuation using a sequential method of data analysis"). In 2009, at the Faculty of Geodesy and Spatial Management of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, she defended her doctoral thesis entitled "Methods for assessing the timeliness and visualization of geospatial data for the needs of general property appraisal."
In the years 2006-2010 she worked in the Real Estate Agency "WARMIA in Olsztyn, Okręgowe Przedsiębiorstwo Geodezyjno-Kartograficzne in Olsztyn" and in the surveying company Karto-Graf in Olsztyn. Since December 2010, he has been working as an assistant professor at the Gdańsk University of Technology at the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
In scientific publications, she deals with issues in the field of geodesy and remote sensing (including optimization of points obtained from scanning clouds, their processing and use in geodesy, hydrology and GIS).
She is a promoter of over 20 engineering theses and a reviewer of over 50 engineering and master's theses. She also reviewed articles in journals on the JCR list.
