One of the priorities for the Gdansk Tech is to educate students in accordance with the needs of the economy and the labor market. The activities planned in the project are a continuation of the priority directions of Gdańsk Tech development and a response to the requirements of the changing socio-economic environment, i.e. the transformations related to the implementation of sustainable development and digital transformation, as well as to the vision of the future of European industry defined by the European Commission "Industry 5.0", which, among other things, includes a human-centric (ie. human-centric), including education, training, up-skilling as among the most pressing issues to adapt to the digital transformation, and sustainability and resilience (resilient), including, among other things, carrying out reforms and investing in green, digital priorities (Industry 5.0. Toward a sustainable, human-centered and resilient European industry, 2021).
