The aim of the project is to prepare and disseminate the concept of knowledge management (KM) to meet current and future challenges in smaller organizations (in the small and medium-sized enterprises). As part of the project will be created module on KM strategy and methods, techniques and tools knowledge management. Risks related to knowledge will also be included, which makes the proposed module comprehensive and emphasizes its innovative character. The design is very important for PG because it allows connection learning with practice. In addition, the created module will be able to be implemented as part of the Master's program.
