Wpływ procesów oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych na rozmieszczenie wybranych zanieczyszczeń nowej generacji

Celem projektu ma być określenie wpływu zastosowanej technologii oczyszczania ścieków i zagospodarowania osadów ściekowych na rozmieszczenia zanieczyszczeń nowej generacji w odniesieniu do farmaceutyków przeciwzapalnych (ibuprofen), przeciwbólowych (diklofenak) oraz antybiotyków (erytromycyna) w konwencjonalnych oczyszczalniach ścieków. Dodatkowo wykonane zostaną badania podstawowych właściwości fizyczno-chemicznych. Badania realizowane będą w trzech oczyszczalniach ścieków: w Gdańsku (technologii A2O), w Gniewinie (wielofazowy osad czynny z nitryfikacją i denitryfikacją) oraz w Swarzewie (reaktory SBR). Analizie poddane zostaną próbki ścieków surowych oraz ścieków oczyszczonych. Dodatkowo badaniu poddane zostaną surowe osady nadmierne i po stabilizacji oraz odcieki po procesie mechanicznego odwadnianiu (Gdańsk), po kompostowaniu (Swarzewo), odwadniania i stabilizacji w złożach trzcinowych (Gniewino). Uzyskane wyniki badań zostaną opublikowane w międzynarodowych czasopismach z listy JCR. Będą również stanowić podstawę do uzyskania zbioru brakujących danych w wykonywanej pracy habilitacyjnej.
