The main objective of the Management in Virtual World (MVW) project is to help university students gain new skills in decision-making, company management, teamwork, and intercultural cooperation in a global world. As part of this project, together with our partners, we will enrich the curricula at the consortium's universities with business simulations. We will create international and intercultural teams of students and let them manage a virtual production organization. During the implementation of the project, a simulation program for a production company will be used. The simulation will allow students to make decisions regarding the 5 main functions (accounting, sales, marketing, production, and finance) in a textile factory. Each partner is tasked with finding at least 20 Bachelor, Engineering, Master, or MBA students. Then students will be combined into groups of 5 people. In this way, there will be an interaction between students, they will get to know different cultures, and they will have a chance to make managerial decisions without losing real money.
