Abstract
The article presents the foundation of the tools to build a marketing office especially in a joint venture company. The article provides a description of comprehensive competencies that can be used in marketing practice. The publication begins with an indication of marketing in the light of current literature on the subject, an explanation of the characteristics of marketing and management practices. Then, it is determined how to find the application of marketing in an enterprise. For the purposes of the article, a case study was conducted in the period January 2025-February 2025. The conclusions resulting from the study indicate that building a marketing office should be supported by managers of other departments as well as the management board itself. The essence of the study is primarily to encourage managers to increase their awareness of managerial competences using the marketing strategies. The entire publication is summarized by the conclusion and the list of literature.
