Abstract
By creating a dedicated web service, such as the presented ALEP-PL solution, you can not assume that its users have suffcient knowledge of the energy sector. This application is dedicated to the local energy planning. The ALEP-PL makes it easier to incorporate in the planning of key players in the local energy market. This group of ALEP-PL users represents mainly the ocials of energy companies and specialist offcers. In the paper was also presented the second group of users: typical consumers of fuels and energy. In both groups there are individuals with very differentiated competencies. Attention is drawn to the important functions of the application, which will serve to the elimination of distortions in the communication process. This paper discusses also the different expectations that have advanced users and ordinary consumers of energy with respect to the ALEP-PL system and presents the application features that make the application more attractive, particularly to ordinary users.
