Abstract

Opisano wydajną metodę syntezy N-benzyloksykarbonylo- i N-tert-butoksykarbo-nylo-(S)-izoseryny i jej pochodnych z kwasu L-jabłkowego poprzez odpowiednie oksazolidinony i hydrolizę tych połączeń za pomocą wodorotlenku benzylowo-trimetyloamoniowego.
