Evaluation and comparison of random amplification of polymorphic DNA, pulsed field gel electrophoresis and ADSRRS-fingerprinting for typing Serratiamarcescens outbreaks.
Abstract
ADSRRS-fingerprinting, nowa metoda genotypowania oparta na supresji reakcji PCR została zastosowana do badań epidemiologicznych izolatów S. marcescens, pochodzących z trzech różnych epidemii Szpitala Publicznego w Gdańsku. Wyniki uzyskane metodą ADSRRS-fingerprinting porównano z wynikami uzyskanymi technikami RAPD-fingerprinting i PFGE.
