Abstract

W pracy dokonano analizy problemu dużej rozbieżności pomiędzy zaproponowanymi strategiami a efektywnością akcji podjętych w celu wprowadzenia w praktyce zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju. Podkreślono konieczność współpracy różnych organizacji i samorządów lokalnych oraz uwzględniono rolę szkół wyższych w procesie wprowadzania zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju.
