Lighting design for urban revitalization. The case of Poland

Abstract

This paper reflects on the basic research done in the area of public lighting in regard to revitalization processes. The general purpose of this scientific paper is to research a role of an implementation of public lighting design within revitalization frameworks. Referring to a wide spectrum of academic publications, the paper provides an overview of revitalization and public lighting objectives. The emphasize is put on a need for the corporation between lighting designers and all parties involved in revitalization frameworks.
