Abstract
The principle of conservation (saving) the resources - present in designing - applies to the style and quality of living of the future tenants. But by approving restrictions, they may realize themselves on a different from consumption basis - in a community life, with respect to nature. The element of social participation cannot be absent - the understanding between tenants, adjusting eco-friendly solutions to needs and possibilities (both economical and intellectual) of specific people, in a particular place. Saving perceived as a virtue emphasizes its ethical character.
