Abstract
The article presents one of the most interesting modern villas of Gdynia, the villa of Czesław Antkowiak and Jerzy Prokulski at 25/25a Korzeniowskiego Street in Kamienna Góra. It refers to the modernistic architecture of the villa as well as the background of its owners and the development of the new residential estate in which it was built in 1938. The author presents the oryginal plans of the building and both the old and contemporary photographs.
