We report the identification and characterization of theprimosomal protein B (PriB) from thermophilic bacteriumThermoanerobacter tengcongensis (TtePriB). It is the largestknown bacterial PriB protein consisting 216 amino acidresidues with a calculated molecular mass of 25 kDa.
