Mobilne Laboratorium Diagnostyki i Technologii Środowiska
Business OfferLaboratorium Diagnostyki i Technologii Środowiska umożliwia pomiar, analizę i ocenę istniejących oraz nowo opracowanych procesów technologicznych w skali ułamkowo technicznej.

Biomass in biogas production: Pretreatment and codigestion
PublicationGlobally, there is increasing awareness that the implementation of ‘waste to energy’ technology is one of the best means to achieve sustainable energy development. The most popular approach is the conversion of organic-rich compounds into clean and renewable products by anaerobic digestion (AD). Biogas can be produced from agricultural residues, municipal/industrial biowastes, and sustainable biomass, especially materials that...

Manufacture and research of TPS/PE biocomposites properties
PublicationIn this paper the process of native starch preparing for modification by extrusion and manufacture of biocomposites is presented. The first aim of this study was to determine the mixing and granulating condition of native starch to obtain granulated native starch. For mixing and granulation of native starch Intensive Mixer manufactured by Maschinenfabrik Gustav Eirich was used. Mixing and granulation in a single process is a new...

Influence of Holes Manufacture Technology on Perforated Plate Aerodynamics
PublicationTranspiration flow is a very important and still open subject in many technical applications. Perforated walls are useful for the purpose of “flow control”, as well as for the cooling of walls and blades (effusive cooling) in gas turbines. We are still not able to include large numbers of holes in the numerical calculations and therefore we need physical models. Problems are related also to the quality of the holes in perforated...

BIOGAS PRODUCTION FROM BAKERY WASTES -DYNAMICS, RETENTION TIME AND BIOGAS POTENTIAL
PublicationThis paper presents results of bakery-waste methane-fermentation. The scope of the study covers the determination of basic physicochemical parameters, process dynamics and retention time as well as biogas composition and biogas efficiency. Methane fermentation process was carried out in accordance with German Standard DIN 38414 S8 and under condition of 38°C. Conclusion: bakery wastes have big potential for biogas production.
