Celem artykułu jest analiza różnych rozwiązań prawnych w zakresie wsparcia instytucji kultury w trakcie stanu epidemii. Przeprowadzono przegląd działań Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego wspierających instytucje kultury w Polsce w czasie epidemii według stanu na maj 2020 r.
