Description
The data presents the shape of all the researched personnel risk factors in the A enterprise (which was tested by the author). Further considerations should be started with the presentation of the synthesis of the obtained results, which is presented in this research data.
In the group of independent factors, the most dynamically influencing factors are: the economic system, the socio-cultural environment and the labor market. On the other hand, it is the least likely to stimulate volatility in the legal environment of the organization.
The economic environment should encourage company A to be dynamic. This is mainly due to the pro-market nature of the economic system and the generally large scope of independence of this enterprise. However, it is worth reminding at this point that reimbursed drugs are still an important group in the company's portfolio, where the level of intervention is high. Hence, the need for dynamism is still not very strong.
