Description
In modern employee relations, employers offer employees a whole range of benefits, which usually are required by the relevant regulations on the part of the employer, which serve to create appropriate working conditions.
The housing cooperative/association also incurs costs related to the payment of holiday benefits paid once a year for the use of holiday leave (for a minimum of fourteen days in a row in a calendar year). This applies to every person employed under a contract of employment. In addition, it is burdened with fees for employee training, costs related to the provision of health and safety services, social activities and costs related to with a delegation. The following data presents employee benefits in comparision to the personal payroll fund in 2017-2019 on given example.
