Description

This is the histopathological image of LYMPH NODES tissue sample obtained in Medical University Gdańsk and deposited in ZMDL-GUMED. The sample image was taken using: Pannoramic 250 3DHistech slide scanner (20x magnification) and saved to DICOM format.

Clinical description: Numerous hypoechoic enlarged abdominal lymph nodes. PET scans: enlarged abdominal lymph nodes. Suspicion of lymphoma.

Diagnosis: Follicular lymphoma, grade 3A

Result of the histopathological examination: Follicular lymphoma G3A. Lymphoma cells: CD20+, CD10+, BCL-2+, BCL-6+, CD23+, CD3-, IgD-, MUM1-, Cyclin D1-, Ki-67 80%.
