This dataset contains FTIR-ATR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy-Attenuated Total Reflectance) of TNR (titanium dioxide nanorods) and TNR@Ni-foam (titanium dioxide nanorods on nickel foam) measurements . The detailed equipment and measurement data was described in "readme FTIR-ATR.txt" file.
