Description
Reflectance data from the UAV flights with UV-VIS spectrometer along with leaf area index measurements for vegetaion near Gdynia, Poland.
Two measurement campaigns:
1. 19-07-2019 (July)
2. 20-09-2019 (September)
For each measurement campaign, the following shapefiles (.shp) are provided:
1. month-flight_altitude.shp (e.g. september-20m.shp)
This file contains dimensionless surface reflectance in the 320-667nm spectrum.
The column name represent a wavelength in nanometers with a "w" prefix.
2. month-lai.shp (e.g. july-lai.shp)
This file contains the dimensionless leaf area index measurements.
The file contains only the LAI column.
For each measurement campaign a .tif file representing an interpolated surface reflectance,
i.e. the reflectance image is provided. Only one image is provided per measurement campaign,
because we wanted to present only the best images from each date here.
One can interpolate any other image from the shapefiles.
Names of the .tif files: month-flight_altitude-bandwidth.tif
The tif files contain 8 bands with dimensionless reflectance:
band - central wavelength
1 - 340 nm
2 - 380 nm
3 - 420 nm
4 - 460 nm
5 - 500 nm
6 - 540 nm
7 - 580 nm
8 - 620 nm
Each file is projected in EPSG:2180 geographical coordinate system.
