Teaching students how children with neurodevelopmental disorders adopt and interact with technologies
TE(A)CHADOPT aims to contribute to better therapy and integration of children with neurodevelopmental disorders using modern technology. TECHADOPT will encourage students - future technology developers - to follow the specific wants and needs of children with neurodevelopmental disorders. We will teach students how to assess the interaction of children with neurodevelopmental disorders with technology. This knowledge will help them design the best technologies for all children. As part of the project work, guidelines will be prepared to evaluate the interaction of children with neurodevelopmental disorders with technology in order to adapt the technology to the appropriate user group. These guidelines will be able to be used in teaching classes for students of the Gdansk University of Technology.
