The project will include four main tasks that will contribute to the implementation of the Faculty's strategy in the field of internationalization and improvement of the quality of services offered to international students and cooperation with graduates. Works: 1. The Ambassador Program (Graduate of the Faculty of Economics) includes: • creating a network of foreign alumni who, as ambassadors of the Faculty, will support educational fairs as well as events and promotional campaigns in their home countries. The Ambassador will run a blog / vlog on social media to reach as many people as possible with the proposed study offer. • production of 4 films with the participation of alumni, in which their story "to follow" will be shown. • purchase of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system intended for managing relations with the Faculty's graduates. The system will organize contacts, gathering in one place, among others contact details, history of cooperation, places of work 2. Visit of representatives of Polish schools • organization of a 2-day integration trip to Gdańsk for 30 representatives of Polish schools - directors and deputy directors: from Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan, with a rich program of meetings with the authorities and learning about the possibilities of the university and Gdańsk. 3. Virtual walk around the Faculty • users will independently navigate around the Faculty and participate in sample classes (recordings of the classes), descriptions will be displayed in each room in different languages. 4. Application for smartphones • Available in English on smartphones for international students. It will be used to keep the Faculty in contact with the student, offering functionalities useful in student life. Project meaning • Activities in the Ambassador project will contribute to the development of cooperation with foreign graduates and the use of their potential to promote not only the Faculty and the Gdańsk University of Technology, but also Poland and its educational processes. • The Virtual Walk application will help applicants and their parents to get to know the Faculty without incurring additional costs related to the arrival, and the decision about their studies will be easier. • The application for smartphones will contribute to increasing the level of service for international candidates and students who are already at the Faculty.
