Agile Media Management Approach – an analysis

Abstract

This article studies media management and demonstrates a fresh perspective on the new approach based on agile methodologies of project management. The analysis sequentially presents a literature overview of media and its management, the characteristics of media projects, agile project management, an analysis of agile approaches and media management along with the proposal of a new idea of agile media management (AMM) and followed by conclusions of the presented proposition. In sum, the results emphasize the pivotal need for further investigation and experimentation on the topic.
