Abstract
The main goal of biomaterials immobilization is the industrial re-use of them for many reaction cycles. However, application of this technolgoy for full commercialization requires more experiments in this field. In this study thermostable beta-galactosidases from Ptrococcus woesei and Meiothermus ruber were taken as model proteins immobilized in alginate gel.
