Abstract
The invention discloses an optimized hydrodynamic vortex separator which comprises an outer cylinder (1), an inner cylinder (2), a sludge hopper (3), an inlet (4), an outlet (5) and a conical structure (7), wherein the outer cylinder (1) is the boundary of the outer wall of the separator; wherein the inner cylinder (2) is arranged in an inner cavity of the outer cylinder (1); the sludge hopper (3)is taken as the bottom of the outer cylinder (1); wherein on the wall surface of the outer cylinder (1), rainstorm runoff rainwater enters through the inlet (4) along the tangential direction, and enters the inner cylinder (2) through a gap at the lowest part of the inner cylinder (2) through a conical structure (7) arranged at the lowest part in the outer cylinder (1), rotates outside the innercylinder (2) and escapes from the inner cylinder (2) through the outlet (5), and separated sand grains are collected in the sludge hopper (3), so that the sand grains are removed from rainstorm runoff. The optimized hydrodynamic vortex separator and the improvement measures are beneficial to improving the removal efficiency of the hydrodynamic vortex separator on sand grains in rainwater runoff.
