Abstract

This article is a continuation of article series telling about research about possibility of using agent system to information technology evaluation. Following article presents full conception of exploiting agent system and shows how it can support some managers works, especially in taking correct management method and information tool for project management. In this article the agent system that based on knowledge and can process the management knowledge has been presented. Authors focus on using this system during chosen method and tools for IT project management. This article is composed from three parts. In the first part of the article the architecture of agent system and their function in the knowledge-based system has been presented. Agent matching has been done with using functionally-gaining way. This way has been verified with using data from special decision technical system (used for prediction the air pollution titer). This way has been used for verifying agents functionality and for verifying their suitability for support managers decision. In the second part authors focus on IT project environment, especially on problems with good choosing of methods and tools to different levels of projects entropy. As an example of high-entropy level project there is presented case about creating and deploying enterprise architecture. In the last part of the article authors focus on implementation of the environment for IT project support based on agents defined previously. There is an effort of describing how system should work when input parameters become from social-technical system (like IT organization). These parameters are project complication level, organization maturity and client maturity. On the end of this article someone can find description how to build agent system with using feedbacks typical in managed organization.
