  Na początku lat trzydziestych pokawił się w architekturze Gdyni nowy typ willi - willa z półokrągłą, parterową werandą Stanowiła ona wyrazisty element plastyczny kompozycji przestrzennej i zyskała dużą popularność w realizacjach do końca 1939 r.
