Publicationpołączenie struktury agmatyny i imidazoliny pozwoliło na otrzymanie nowej grupy ligandów receptorów imidazolinowych i alfa2-adrenergicznych, pochodnych 4(5)-(2-aminoetylo)imidazoliny. otrzymano oraz zbadano oddziaływanie nowych pochodnycch jak i analogów znanych ligandów - klonidyny, rilmenidyny, idazoksanu i antazoliny w stosunku do receptorów imidazolinowych oraz alfa2-adrenergicznych.

PublicationOpracowano syntezę nowych pochodnych imidazoliny, będących kompilacją struktury agmatyny i imidazoliny w wyniku zaprojektowanej przez nas drogi syntezy. Kluczowymi substratami w syntezie były pochodne 1,2,4 -triaminobutanu, otrzymane z chronionego kwasu glutaminowego. Otrzymane nowe pochodne imidazoliny wykazywały zróżnicowane powinowactwo do receptorów imidazolinowych I1, I2 oraz do receptorów alfa -adrenergicznych.

A Convenient Way to Methylated 2-Imidazolines. Syntheses of Fluorene and Triazine Cyclic Diamidines
PublicationOne N-methyl- and 4-substituted 2-imidazolines are described. Fluorene bisimidazolines were obtained in good yield (64-92%), starting from 2,7-dicyanofluorene and ammonium sulfide. In a two-step procedure the crude bisthioamide was reacted with excess diaminoalkane-ethanol (1:1 mixt.) in an oil bath. This new procedure is superior over std. methods. PublicationA novel hybrid compound—2-(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-2-yl)phthalazin-1(2H)-imine (5) was synthesized and converted into di-substituted sulfonamide derivatives 6a–o and phthalazine ring opening products—hydrazonomethylbenzonitriles 7a–m.
