Cavitation behavior of the SUPERSTON alloy after laser treatment
PublicationResults of laser treatment at cryogenic conditions and its influence on microstructure, microhardness and cavitation resistance of the SUPERSTON alloy are presented in this paper. Obtained results point at possibility of the increase hardness and cavitation resistance of the parts worked in cavitation conditions.

Influence of the heat treatment on corrosion characteristics of the Superston alloy
PublicationW artykule przedstawiono wpływ hartowania i odpuszczania na twardość i właściwości korozyjne stopu Superston, stosowanego na śruby okrętowe. Stwierdzono, iż hartowanie z temperatury 900 st.C i odpuszczanie w temperaturze 550 st.C znacząco podwyższa odporność na korozję stopu Superston w 3% roztworze NaCl w porownaniu ze stanem odlanym.

PublicationPrzedstwiono wyniki laserowego nadtapiania powierzchni stopu SUPERSTON w warunkach kriogenicznych. Zaprezentowano obraz powierzchni stopu po badaniach korozyjnych oraz wyniki pomiarów mikrotwardości i odporności korozyjnej.

Microstructural aspects of corrosion of the SUPERSTON alloy after laser treatment
PublicationW artykule przedstawiono rezultaty obróbki laserowej stopu SUPERSTON w warunkach kriogenicznych i jej wpływ na mikrostrukturę i odporność korozyjną. Badania korozyjne zostały zrealizowane metodą potencjostatyczną w 3% NaCl, odporność korozyjna stopu zmieniała się wraz ze zmianą parametrów nadtapiania laserowego.

Assessment of cavitation erosion damage of laser remelted the SUPERSTON alloy
PublicationW artykule przedstawiono wpływ obróbki laserowej w warunkach kriogenicznych na mikrostrukturę stopu SUPERSTON po badaniach kawitacyjnych. Badania odporności kawitacyjnej przeprowadzono na stanowisku z wirującą tarczą w IMP PAN Gdańsk. Określono kinetykę ubytku masy próbek podczas testu kawitacyjnego dla stopu odlanego i nadtopionego laserowo.

Effect of crystallization process at cryogenic conditions on the functional properties of the SUPERSTON alloy used in production the ship's propellers
PublicationThe purpose of this paper is to show results of laser treatment at cryogenic conditions of the SUPERSTON alloy used for ship's propellers. That modification process ought to bring beneficial changes of microstructure and residual stresses in the surface layer. PublicationW artykule przedstawiono rezultaty nadtapiania laserowego w warunkach kriogenicznych stopu SUPERSTON. Dokonano oceny mikrostruktury powierzchni i przekroju stopu SUPERSTON po obróbce laserowej. Określono właściwości stopu, które porównano ze stanem powierzchni po nadtapianiu oraz nadtapianiu i szlifowaniu.
