  Niobium doped strontium vanadate based perovskite SrV1-xNbxO3-δ materials were prepared via conventional solid state reaction (SSR) method. For comparison, different samples with a various amount of niobium dopant in the structure were synthesized; x = 0; 0,2; 0,5; 0,8 and 1.
